All Domestic US shipping is by UPS. All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida.
In-stock orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays), unless its a custom/special order and fabrication is required. Standard delivery times vary by region, with express options available at checkout for faster shipping. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with a 3rd party carrier, ie.. UPS due increased shipping volume on holidays or inclement weather which is out of our control. Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value.
Request a return within 2 days of receipt, please note returns incur a 10% restocking fee plus $15 return shipping. Choose store credit to waive fees. Exchanges are always complimentary. All of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to these items if they are returned for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage.
